At Hampers Galore, we offer flat rate shipping on all orders, nationwide using StarTrack freight carriers and private couriers in Melbourne Metro areas. Shipping information will be supplied when orders are despatched with tracking information.When selecting your preferred delivery date, please note that all dates are estimated only. While we do everything possible to deliver your gift on your preferred day, we are not in a position to 100% guarantee any delivery date entered, and state that all delivery dates are estimated. All estimated delivery dates are provided by our courier and sent in accordance to their recommendation to have your gift delivered as close to your preferred day as possible.

Same Day Delivery

This service is available to selected Melbourne Metro areas only and incurs a delivery fee of $19.95. Orders for this service must be placed by 10.00am AET Monday - Friday.Please note products labelled with "Special Order" will require up to two business days for this product to be available for your gift.

Standard vs Express Shipping

Choosing Express Delivery at $17.95 guarantees that your order will leave our warehouse the same day when placed on a business day, before 4pm AEST or the next business day if placed after 4pm AEST Monday - Friday. Our Standard Delivery at $14.95 will leave our warehouse in 1-2 Business days. Once your package is dispatched from our warehouse we estimate next business day delivery to most places in Australia. Please be aware that, as we use third party couriers, we cannot guarantee next day delivery on any order. While we aim to get your gift delivered on your preferred date, we dispatch on the advise of our freight provider. Where the address is located in a rural area, delivery of your gift may take an extra day or two.Please note products labelled with "Special Order" will require up to two business days for this product to be available for your gift.

What is the cut off time for Next Day Delivery?

If you would like your gift to arrive the following day, make sure you place your order before 2PM AET Monday - Friday. Your order will be shipped out the same day for estimated delivery on the next business day wherever possible. Please note that some rural areas may be delayed in delivery.

Do you deliver on the weekends?

We can deliver to Metro Melbourne on the weekend if you place your order before 2pm AET on Friday. A delivery fee of $19.95 applies to all weekend deliveries. Please contact us to see if you're delivery address falls into our weekend delivery area.

How much does it cost for shipping?

We offer flat rate of $14.95 delivery Monday to Friday Australia wide.And We Offer FREE Delivery to all orders with Hampers, Use code FREE at the Checkout.

What time will my gift arrive?

Deliveries will arrive at business addresses by 5.00pm and residential addresses by 7.00pm. Unfortunately, we cannot specify an exact time of day for delivery on our Courier services.

Can I book a delivery for Same Day?

Sure can! However delivery is limited to the Inner Suburbs of Melbourne with a deadline of 10.00am AET Monday - Friday. and a fee of $19.95. Give us a call on 1300 459 569 to check.

Delivery Queries

If you have any queries on your delivery, please contact our Customer Service team at info@hampersgalore.com.au or 1300 459 569. All queries need to be submitted within three weeks of your order being processed and shipped.Please be aware that longer delivery times are to be expected in peak periods, natural disasters, acts of god, and pandemics. All these issues are out of our control and we are not liable for delays that arise from these.

Early and/or Late Deliveries

While we endeavour to deliver your gift on your preferred day, please note that all delivery dates are estimated. There may be times when your order may arrive early - StarTrack may have exceeded their service in this instance, and delays may also occur. These occurrences are few, and we do sincerely apologise if this happens and understand it is not an ideal transaction.Please note that we do not offer refunds or compensation on orders that arrive within four business days of the preferred delivery date selected. All other compensations are processed on a case-by-case basis.

What if the wrong address is supplied for delivery?

Accepted Answer

Ensuring that the full and correct street address is provided for delivery is your responsibility, including any business names, tower numbers and hospital wards, etc. If your gift is delivered to the wrong address due to incorrect or insufficient details being supplied, an additional delivery charge will apply to redirect/redeliver the gift and may also cause delay in delivery. So please triple check before placing your order!

We certainly do! We have a variety of Vegan Friendly and Gluten Free available. And they are just as good as all our hampers.

I have a nut allergy. Do your hampers contain nuts?

The short answer is YES. We have hampers that contain nuts, products that contain nuts, and we also advise that most chocolates may contain, or are processed on equipment that may contain traces of nuts.

When should I place my order?

If you would like your gift to arrive the following business day, make sure you place your order before 4pm AEST. Otherwise, you can pick a date for your order to be delivered.Note however that all delivery dates are estimates only. We cannot control everything, though we do try to get your order to your receiver on the date you request.We also offer Same Day Deliveries for limited Metro Melbourne areas. Can I change my mind after placing my order?

It's not always possible as we process your orders quite quickly and once it's processed, it's not too easy to make changes. Where we can, we will do our best to accommodate you, however please bare in mind that we will need to be notified of any changes as soon as possible.Please note that during peak gifting periods such as Mother's Day, Christmas and Valentine's Day, once your gift has been boxed and booked in with our Courier for pick up, we are not able to intercept your parcel for changes.

What if the incorrect address is given for delivery?

It is your duty to ensure that the complete and accurate street address is provided for delivery, including any company names, tower numbers, and hospital wards.If your hamper is sent to the wrong address because you provided inaccurate or incomplete information, you will be charged an extra delivery fee to redirect the gift, which could trigger a delay in delivery. No one wants that, so double-check everything before putting your order! Our hands are bound once things are shipped, so please make sure these corrections are sent to us as soon as possible.For more information, see our Shipping information.

What time will my gift be delivered?

We can't specify a time that your delivery will be delivered as we use third party couriers.Deliveries to business address will be made before 5pm and residential addresses before 7pm.

What if no one's home to receive the gift?

Accepted Answer

While we do recommend someone be home to receive the gift, we also know it isn't always possible.If no one is home, the courier will either leave the parcel in a safe place, or if they feel it isn't safe to do so, they will bring the parcel to a drop-off location, like your local Post Office for collection. This is standard practice.

Absolutely. You can order a gift from anywhere in the world and have it delivered to someone special anywhere in Australia.

What if my gift is damaged when it's delivered?

Now that is a shame! While we can guarantee that your gift leaves our warehouse in its best condition, unfortunately there are occasional damages during transit. If this happens, we ask that you send us a photo of how your gift was received so we can launch an investigation with our freight provider.We'll review your order and come up with a suitable plan for your damaged gift.

What if items are missing from my hamper?

Please take a photo of what you received and send it to us to investigate.We do occasionally need to send some Make Your Own Hampers in multiple boxes due to the quantity of products you've gifted.

What is the refund policy?

It is your responsibility to inform us if a hamper has not been delivered, been delivered damaged or of items missing. When notified we will launch and investigation straight away to find out the reason for your defunct gift.We do not issue refunds for early or late deliveries. As we state clearly on our site, all delivery dates are estimates only.For more information, please review our Returns & Refunds policy.

RETURNS AND REFUNDS POLICY

Refunds are processed weekly and will be processed back into your original payment method. Bulk orders will be processed via EFT.Returns for change of mind must be made at the customer’s own cost and must be received by our warehouse undamaged and unopened before a refund may be issued. Refunds for change of mind will be refunded less the shipping fee and a processing fee of $19.95 may apply. If you are wanting to return your items, please email customerservice@hampersgalore.com.au for assistance. Returns must be requested within 5 days of receiving your item. Refunds will be issued for items not received where an investigation has been submitted to our courier and no evidence of delivery is obtainable. If your order has been delivered to an incorrect address, we will do our utmost to rectify this at our own cost. If an incorrect or incomplete address was supplied, fees may apply.Credits for damaged stock or missing items will be processed on a case by case basis and we must be notified of any damage issues within 5 days of receiving your delivery to provide a credit or replacement. Any damaged or missing items must be submitted to us with photographic support. Please note that, due to possible breakage during freight, we cannot send individual replacement items such as alcohol bottles, cups, decanters etc. If damage and breakage has occurred with your order, a credit or refund will be offered as compensation. In the unlikely event you are unhappy with your purchase, we ask that parcel is returned in the same condition it was received and we will refund you for the item. Note a processing fee of $19.95 may apply.If you have received a damaged, faulty or incorrect item, or if an item is missing from your gift, a credit or refund for that item will be issued. Unfortunately, we cannot send individual replacement items.

CANCELLATION POLICY

If you no longer wish to send your gift, please contact us within 1 hour of placing the order. Orders are processed quickly and we cannot guarantee to cancel your order without charges once it is already in production. Any order requesting a cancellation before despatch will incur a $5.00 cancellation fee to offset the transaction fees associated with the platfom. If personalised items have been processed, extra fees may apply to your cancellation. If your order has been packed and is ready to be shipped, a $19.95 processing fee may apply and the remainder of the cost will be refunded.If a request to cancel your order is made after your order has been despatch we will contact our couriers to request a return of the item, however please note that this may not be possible. If the item is successfully returned to us this will incur a $19.95 return fee and the remainder of the cost will be refunded. If there is a change of mind after the order has been delivered, then all the items must be returned to our warehouse at the customer’s own cost and all items must be unopened and undamaged. Once the returned items are received by our warehouse, a refund may be issued. Please contact us for further information. Orders that have already been delivered and cannot be cancelled and returned are not eligible for refund.Please note our business hours are Monday to Friday, 9am – 5pm AEDT. If your order was placed outside of business hours, please email info@hampersgalore.com.au and our customer service team will be in contact with you on opening on the next business day.

A NOTE ON ALTERNATE PRODUCTS

You may occasionally receive an item in a hamper that is slightly different from what is pictured; this may be in colour, flavour or type. While it is always our aim to send you exactly what is pictured, we do occasionally run out of stock and may need to use an alternative product to finish off your gift. When this happens, we always choose an item that is as close to the original item as possible, and is of equal or greater value. And most importantly, your gift will still look amazing.
