Hayley assisted with my email enquiries promptly and even went the extra mile to follow up with the 3rd party couriers on one of my orders, just to make sure that my colleague is able to locate the parcel that was left in a safe place in his property. Cannot thank her enough. Also, the hamper is exactly as advertised at an affordable pricing.
It was amazing, just as I expected. They delivered on the relevant date I requested, and the packaging was of high quality. I don't mind paying extra for good packaging. The only thing they missed was writing the birthday note on the card I sent. However, I overlooked that mistake because the gift itself was amazing. Thank you! I look forward to contacting them again in the future.
