Only one box ever arrived. I ordered two because one was supposed to go to my father-in-law who was in hospital over Christmas. I checked with my sister-in-law to check both boxes had arrived, and she said only one of them had. I contacted the company with the goal of seeing this resolved before Christmas - it didn't happen. They said their team had packed both boxes into one, which defeated the point of ordering two boxes... not to mention the box that arrived didn't have the items from the other box we ordered in it. They went silent and disregarded my multiple emails. I still have no idea what is going on. I'm really disappointed. I've used this company before and they were great, this time they dropped the ball big time. It doesn't even look like the other boxes that did arrive were the ones I ordered. It's like they just grabbed whatever off the shelf and sent it. I've lost all trust for this company.
